TOTIM has revolutionized how custom-fit “poured” racing seat inserts are made! These unique kits are fully sealed, no measuring and no mess, no additional covering required and can be fitted in as little as 30 minutes with no other tools required. Designed for optimal performance and driver comfort. Not only does the foam absorb impacts during an accident, but the material also serves to offer total support to the body during racing. Foam Seat polyurethane fully Sealed with microfiber polyester black color is not shrink and break over time, offers insulation from vibration & energy absorption reduces fatigue & improves performance.

Your Custom Seat, Ready in Under an Hour
Each kit includes pre-dosed, two-component polyurethane, ready for use.
- Mix — break the seal and knead the two-component pouch for about 50 seconds until the foam begins to expand
- Place — fit the pouch into the seat shell; expansion continues for another 40–50 seconds
- Sit — the driver gets into position while the foam moulds to their body, 15–20 minutes
- Cut — after 40 minute, the insert is ready for use and can be cut to the final shape
Every Driver Is Unique — So Is Their Seat
For best results we recommend using too large of a cushion rather than too small. Choosing the right kit depends on the space between the driver and the seat. Each insert is carefully and thoughtfully made and designed to reflect the rider’s build, preferences, and riding style.
Excess material at the edges can be cut to obtain the necessary shape for the racing driver.
